Dos Tierras: Duality Collection
We are excited to announce the launch of our "Duality" collection for Dos Tierras yarn, a series inspired by the harmony of contrasts. As its name suggests, Dos Tierras, meaning "Two Lands" in Spanish, is the result of combining fibers from Uruguay — where Malabrigo was born and our Merino is sourced — and Peru, where we are currently dyeing. This duality is also reflected in the yarn itself: a blend of 50% fine Uruguayan Merino wool and 50% baby alpaca from Peru. The result is a versatile DK-weight yarn that combines the best qualities of both fibers—softness, drape, and durability.
The Duality Collection features seven unique patterns, each designed to reflect the yarn’s dual nature and showcase its incredible adaptability and texture.
