January Quickies Pattern: Elizabeth Cowl by Patty Nance

I'm super excited to bring you the very first Quickies pattern of 2020, the Elizabeth Cowl from designer Patty Nance!

I've known Patty for awhile and I am super thrilled to be able to introduce you all to her work in case you aren't familiar with it. Patty is most-known for her special knitting technique, Bargello Knitting, and if you aren't familiar with it, you'll want to be sure to check out her book, Bargello Knits.

The Elizabeth cowl is that perfect one-skein project that you just cannot wait to get onto your needles. This piece is designed to really make the Washted base shine, and it's perfect for the cold that some of us are experiencing right now (this former desert loving gal will be getting one onto my needles right now because there is more snow in my forecast this week and I am cold!).

This pattern showcases an easy to memorize stitch pattern that will have you wearing a brand-new cowl after a bit of TV knitting (the hardest part will either be choosing which color to knit it up in, because this piece works with anything- speckled, tonals, variegated, it will all look lovley in this cowl!

You can find the pattern on raverly

and you can find Patty on instagram.

I can't wait to see all of your beautiful Elizabeth Cowls!
