Seis Cabos: Reconquista Collection
We’re proud to introduce the Reconquista Collection, a new series of knit and crochet designs created to celebrate the beauty, structure, and versatility of our Seis Cabos yarn.
Reconquista, which literally means “reconquest” or “reclaim”, is not only the name of the street in Montevideo, where we shot the photos: it’s also an idea - a return to our origins, with new air and renewed purpose.
Why Seis Cabos?
As its name implies — six plies — Seis Cabos is a 100% Non-Superwash yarn with a distinctive structure and durability that make it ideal for bold textures, crisp stitch definition, and heirloom-worthy pieces.
It’s also a yarn that reflects our roots: pure Merino, traditional construction, and a natural feel — making Seis Cabos the perfect foundation for a collection centered on returning to our origins.
And with so many makers discovering the beauty of Seis Cabos during our Barnstable KAL, this new collection arrives at the perfect moment to explore the yarn even further — through patterns designed to highlight its strength, softness, and timeless appeal.
How Can You Join the Celebration?
With seven designs releasing between November and January, the Reconquista Collection offers countless opportunities to explore the versatility, structure, and natural softness of Seis Cabos through both knitting and crochet.
Follow along on our social channels, our our Pattern Page in our website, and on the Reconquista Collection Ravelry page to see each new release as it arrives — and to discover new ways to reconnect with the origins of craft through Seis Cabos.
